1. Information We Collect
We collect only what is required to operate the service: account credentials (email and a hashed password), domain prefixes and DNS records you submit, order and renewal records, and essential access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to authenticate you, propagate and manage DNS records, process orders, send expiry reminders and security notices, detect and block abuse, and improve the service. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Data Storage & Security
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never kept in plain text. Access to data is restricted to authorized administrators, and transmission is protected by HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
To deliver the service, necessary record data is transmitted to the DNS provider you select. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose data where required by law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the platform.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use only essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as language and eye-care mode. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
6. Data Retention
Data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, records are removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.
7. Your Rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal information, or request an export, through your account dashboard. Where a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain why.
8. Minors
The service is not directed to children. If we learn that data has been collected from a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
